    Academic Transcripts

    Applicants must submit official academic transcripts for review. This includes transcripts of secondary (10th), senior secondary (12th), undergraduate, and/or graduate studies, indicating satisfactory completion or anticipated completion of an academic program from an accredited institution.

    Portfolio

    Applicants are required to submit a creative portfolio in the form of a PDF document or a website link (please do not submit Instagram links). If you do not have an online portfolio, you may compile your work into a PDF document. For any queries regarding portfolio submissions, applicants are encouraged to get in touch.

    Statement of Purpose (Minimum 750 words)

    The statement should address the following:

    1. Your research interests as an artist
    2. Thematic and aesthetic directions you wish to explore during the program
    3. Expected outcomes from the course
    4. Your envisioned trajectory after completing the program

    Letters of Recommendation

    Two academic letters of recommendation are required.

    Applicants who have been out of formal education for more than two years may submit professional letters instead. These letters should reflect the applicant’s qualifications, character, and readiness for an academically rigorous program.

    Entrance

    The Media Arts School will conduct a full-day, on-campus assessment for each applicant. Moving beyond the conventional application and interview process, the school aims to gain a holistic understanding of prospective students. The assessment day will include discussions, problem-solving exercises, and interactive activities designed to explore each applicant’s personality, motivations, behaviors, values, and ways of thinking.

    Equipment & Software Requirements

    Students enrolled in the Media Arts Program are required to arrange and maintain their own professional equipment, software, and subscriptions necessary for coursework. The institution will not provide individual equipment for personal use.

    1. Active subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
    2. Additional software tools as specified by faculty
    3. Immersive Arts Semester
    1. Subscriptions to relevant AI tools and platforms (such as Sora, Kling, Veo, or others as directed)
    2. VR headset and related accessories (required for students pursuing VR-based projects)
    4. Additional Requirements

    Students may be required to procure specialized software, plugins, cloud storage, or hardware depending on project needs and evolving course requirements. The institution reserves the right to update these requirements in line with curriculum and technological developments.

    Note:

    All equipment, software, and subscriptions are the responsibility of the student. The institution will provide guidance on specifications; however, procurement, maintenance, and associated costs must be borne by the student. Failure to meet these requirements may affect the completion of coursework and assessments.

    Please note that expenses related to academic travel, field engagements, and graduate exhibitions, including travel, boarding, and lodging, are not included in the program fee and must be borne by the student.
